2.1 Domestic Deliveries (Australia)

We deliver to all regions in our primary market, including metro, regional, 
and remote areas.

2.2 International Deliveries

We also ship to select international countries, including the United States and the United Kingdom. All international orders include free standard shipping. Delivery timeframes typically range from 8 to 14 business days, depending on destination and customs processing. Note: Duties, taxes, or import fees may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

3. Order Processing Times

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
  • Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • Pre-orders or items with special lead times will have estimated processing or dispatch times indicated on the product page.
  • Order processing begins after payment has been confirmed.

4. Shipping Times and Methods

All orders are delivered within 8 to 14 business days, whether domestic or  international. We select carriers based on speed and reliability. 

Please note these timeframes are estimates only and can be affected by factors outside our control, such as carrier delays, public holidays, peak periods, or unexpected events.

5. Delivery Locations

We ship to the following types of addresses within Australia:

  • Business/commercial addresses
  • Parcel lockers (where supported by the carrier)
  • PO Boxes (for eligible parcel sizes and services)

We offer free standard shipping on all orders – with no minimum spend required.

7. Order Tracking

7.1 Tracking Information

You will receive tracking details by email once your order ships. Tracking will also be available in your account if registered.

7.2 Tracking Activation

Tracking information usually activates within 24–48 hours. In remote areas, it may take up to 4 business days.

7.3 Tracking Updates

If your tracking shows no movement or updates for more than 6 business days, please contact us so we can follow up with the carrier and assist you.

8. Address Changes & Accuracy

8.1 Address Accuracy

Please ensure that all delivery information entered at checkout is complete and accurate, including street name, house or unit number, suburb, state, postcode, and any relevant delivery instructions.

8.2 Address Changes

If you need to update your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us at hello@littlematterstore.com as soon as possible. If your order has not yet been dispatched, we will do our best to update the address. Once an order has been shipped, we may not be able to change the delivery address.

8.3 Incorrect Addresses

Orders returned to us due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout may incur additional shipping charges to be re-sent. In some cases, a restocking or handling fee may apply if you choose to cancel the order instead of reshipping.

Severe weather events, natural disasters, or other unforeseen circumstances may affect delivery timeframes. In such cases, carriers may experience delays outside our control. We will do our best to keep you informed of any known disruptions.

During peak shopping periods such as Christmas, Black Friday, or major sales events, both order processing and delivery may take longer than usual. We recommend placing orders early to allow extra time for delivery.

9.3 Bulky or Special Items

Some larger, bulky, or special items may require additional handling, a longer delivery timeframe, or a signature upon delivery. If this applies to your order, we will provide details on the product page or contact you directly with further information.
